Yeast Starter: 5 grams
Batch Size: 5 US Gallons
Original Gravity: 1.035
Final Gravity: 1.018
Alcohol Content: 4 %
Total Grains: 9 lbs dark malt extract
Color:
Extract Efficiency: %
Hop IBU's:
Boiling Time: 90 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 7 days at 70 degrees
Secondary Fermentation: none
Additional Fermentation: none

Grain Bill:

1 lb chocolate malt
.5 lb roasted barley
.5 lb cara-pils
.25 lb crystal 200

Hop Bill:

.75 oz tett (bittering)
.75 oz goldings
