Brewers Notes:
This beer has a very nice balance of malt and bitterness, the molasses and touch of chocolate add beloved complexity. Enjoy, this is first recipe I have been willing to post (of 10, I have tried). Believe it or not OJ makes a terrificly effective and easy starter, just through the yeast in (I use an OJ starter all the time now). |
